The Embankment In The South Tangerang Gorge Has Not Been Completed, Hundreds Of Houses Have Been Submerged Again By Up To 60 Cm
TANGERANG - Taman Mangu Embankment, Juramangu, Pondok Aren, South Tangerang (Tangsel) has not yet been completed from repairs. As a result, when it rained on Friday afternoon, November 22, 2024, it flooded the housing.
Head of RT 07, Rizal said that the cause of the flood was because the embankment is currently still under repair, so it cannot accommodate water when it rains.
"The embankment is not strong enough to hold water, so it will be flooded again. I have already said, for heavy equipment, don't shift it, it's to hold it. In fact, it was shifted, so it broke again," said Rizal, Friday, November 21.
