Ex-Employee Already Apologizes, Ria Ricis Continues Legal Process In Case Of Alleged Extortion
JAKARTA - The trial of cases of alleged threats and extortion by former Ria Ricis employees was again held at the South Jakarta District Court. In this trial, Ria Ricis was present to testify regarding the case that happened to her.
After the trial, the mother of one child hopes that this case will be resolved quickly. "Today I will be the last trial of examining witnesses from myself. I ask for prayers that everything will run smoothly and get as fairly as possible," said Ria Ricis after the trial, Thursday, November 21.
Oki Setiana Dewi's younger brother said that his former employee had forgiven, but he insisted the law would continue.
"Yes, from the beginning, I'm sorry, his wife also apologized, so we're sorry, it's just running," said Ria Ricis.
He deliberately did this so that it could be a lesson in the future for his former employee.
"If all bad deeds apologize, it's easy to finish. So the legal process is still ongoing," he continued.
Ria Ricis's attorney, Hendra K. Siregar, confirmed that at the next trial the Public Prosecutor would read out the indictment against his former client's employee.

"For Ricis itself, it has been completed, so this will be continued by the Public Prosecutor to ask how many demands will be at the next trial," said Hendra K. Siregar.
He himself saw that the crimes committed by this former Ria Ricis employee could get severe punishment.
"Yes, if you look at the evidence and others and there is a confession, it is quite difficult. But later it will be enough from the prosecutor to sue," he said.
