For information, 'Buzz' is NIKI's third studio album under the auspices of 88rising.
Released last August 9, the album captures the feeling of being on the verge of searching for thirteen introspective songs. The album includes Tsunami, Blue Moon, Too Much of a Good Thing, 'Buzz, and Did You Like Her In The Morning.
In this album, NIKI's songwriting remains intimate, inspired by female artists such as Joni Mitchell, Stevie Nicks, capy Simon, and Liz Phair, who influence the honest lyrics and guitar-driven sounds.
To capture the spirit of exploration of the album, he collaborated with producer Tyler Chester (Madison Cunningham, Sara Bareilles) and Ethan Gruska (Pilona Apple, Phoebe Bridgers) as collaborators who helped provide new depth to his creative and personal changes.
