Prosecutor Demanded Free, Honorary Teacher Supriyani Undergoes PPPK Test In Kendari
KENDARI - An honorary teacher at State Elementary School (SDN) 4 Baito, South Konawe Regency (Konsel) Supriyani underwent an online Work Agreement (PPPK) today in Kendari City, with the status of a defendant.
"Yes (PPPK test), the online Kendari test," said Supriyani's attorney, Andri Darmawan when contacted in Kendari, Wednesday.
In carrying out the PPPK test in Kendari City, Supriyani will be accompanied by her husband and family.
"Mrs. Supriyani just with her family," he said.
Andri Darmawan also revealed that in a case involving his client, Supriyani, and Aipda Wibowo Hasyim's family on suspicion of child abuse at SDN 4 Baito, it was still in progress. The panel of judges has not yet handed down a decision on Supriyani.
"Mrs. Supriyani is still undergoing trial, and also she has not been proven guilty or anything," said Andri Darmawan.
He also hopes that in the PPPK test that Supriyani underwent, convenience can be given and qualify as PPPK. This is because Supriyani has been an honorary teacher at SDN 4 Baito for 16 years.
"I hope today's test, Mrs. Supriyani can pass, because it has been 16 years of honorarium," hoped Andri Darmawan.
An honorary teacher at SDN 4 Baito Supriyani was reported by Aipda Wibowo Hasyim's family on suspicion of mistreatment of his son with the initials D (8), who was still in grade 1 elementary school, in April 2024.
The case that happened to Supriyani was still being tried at the District Court (PN) Andoolo, South Konawe. The verdict hearing is scheduled to be held on Monday, November 25, 2024.
