Accused Of Stealing IDR 700 Thousand, 9-Year-Old Boy In Kronjo Was Electrocuted And Forced To Drink Alcohol

TANGERANG - A boy with the initials MR (9) was persecuted by a group of men for being accused of stealing money at a rice mill, Kronjo, Tangerang Regency. MR victims were electrocuted and forced to drink alcohol.

Kronjo Police Chief AKP Dedi Ruswandi confirmed the incident. He said the abuse took place on Saturday, November 16, 2024.

"The perpetrator was ordered by a man (initial SC) to steal CS (the victim)'s money. When he found out that the money was stolen, CS was angry and carried out persecution with several other people at his rice mill," said Dedi when confirmed, Tuesday, November 19.

After receiving the report, the Tangerang Police Satreskrim conducted an investigation to find out the case.

"Who ordered the victim? And what was the stolen money for, we are still investigating," he said.

Akibat penganiayaan tersebut, korban MR mengalami tauma dan sejumlah luka terbuka di tubuhnya.

"The victim is currently with his family. We are still examining the three perpetrators who have been arrested," he concluded.
