Golkar: 30 Thousand Witnesses Escort Ridwan Kamil-Suswono's Voice At All Jakarta TPS
As many as 30 thousand witnesses were deployed to guard the votes of the Ridwan Kamil-Suswono pair in the 2024 Jakarta Regional Head Election (Pilkada) contestation.
Deputy Chairperson of the DPD Golkar Jakarta, M Ashraf Ali, said that the tens of thousands of witnesses came from the Jakarta Maju Coalition (KIM) Plus party. They are divided into two groups, namely inside witnesses and outside witnesses.
"If there are 30,000 witnesses in total, those who sit inside at the time of the TPS are called inside witnesses, the next one is not inside from today moving outside, that's an outside witness," Ashraf told reporters, Tuesday, November 19.
With this amount, the witness prepared by KIM Plus is able to fill all polling stations in Jakarta. Noted, there are more than 14 thousand polling stations.
"External witnesses formed now have a number of polling stations of 14,944 people out of 15 parties that have all been filled, they will move from today," he said.
Foreign witnesses are also tasked with canvasing and registering voters at each polling station, especially recording who the residents chose RIDO.
"So they have received input from everything whose strength we are witnesses outside will record who A chooses, who B chooses, and we already have predictions and we will God willing, RIDO will win 1 round in the upcoming Pilkada," he said.

Meanwhile, specifically for witnesses from Golkar, said Asraf, as many as 800 people. They have undergone Technical Guidance (Bimtek) as a strong capital to oversee the votes acquired by the Ridwan Kamil-Suswono pair
