In The Aftermath Of The Escape Of Drug Gembong Murtala Cs From The Salemba Detention Center, Ditjenpas Moves A Number Of Prisoners
JAKARTA - After the escape of drug kingpin Murtala Cs from the Salemba Detention Center, the Directorate of Corrections (Ditjenpas) of the Ministry of Immigration and Corrections (Imipas) mapping prisoners at the Salemba Detention Center which was allegedly related to the Murtala Cs gang.
"Our prevention efforts have mapped out the connection of whether there are other people (other convicts) with similar cases," said Director of IT (Tikers) Director General of Corrections, Marcelina Budiningsih to VOI, Tuesday, November 19.
The mapping of other inmates at the Salemba Rutan was the result of the escape of narcotics kingpin Murtala Cs. The results of the mapping will be that the Ditjenpas will transfer the prisoner to a special cell.
"If there is, we will allocate some of these people to be separated," he said.

In addition, the Directorate General of Social Affairs will also tighten and increase supervision of the inmates of the Salemba Detention Center.
"We will map out facilities and infrastructure that are not very supportive, so that they are immediately followed up," he said.
Please note, Murtala Ilyas (45) is a man from Pang Ahmad Village RT 00 RW 00 Meunasah BlangK Village, Peudada District, Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province.
Murtala Ilyas is known as a drug dealer from the Malaysian network who is suspected of being affiliated with the kingpin Fredy Pratama.
