Palace: The Vice President's Report System Via WhatsApp Continues To Be Finalized To Prevent Iseng Report
JAKARTA - Head of the Presidential Communication Office Hasan Nasbi said the public complaint system "Lapor Mas Vice President" through the messaging application "WhatsApp" continues to be finalized to prevent fad reporting from the public.
"The system is being created and finalized. Because many are playing games. Even many of these friends are just playing games to submit reports of play," Hasan said at the Jakarta State Secretariat Ministry building, reported by ANTARA, Monday, November 18.
Hasan said the "Report Mas Vice President" team was still developing a complaint service format so that invalid reports could be filtered before being followed up.
Hasan's statement was in response to complaints from a number of people who complained about reports via the WhatsApp number "Report Mas Vice President" previously published by Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka through his personal Instagram account @gibran_rakabuming.
The public complained that the report they sent to the WhatsApp number 081117042207 was only a tick one or message was not received.
"So, we made the format so that this fad can be filtered. We want public reports to be really valid reports so that we can follow up," Hasan said.
The "Report Mas Vice President" service is a public complaint channel that is integrated with the existing government's official reporting system, namely the National Public Service Complaint Management System (SP4N) which is coordinated with ministries.
According to Hasan, the "Report Mas Vice President" service further strengthens the previous reporting system, which is not widely known to the public.
"With the report that was opened by the Vice President, now people know that the government has actually opened a report.co.id. And many reports have been submitted there, more than 90 percent of the reports are valid, it has been resolved by the government," Hasan said.
