Reshuffle Of Directors-Commissioners In Dozens Of SOEs, Erick: They Are Professional And Transparent
JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), Erick Thohir has overhauled the management of state-owned companies from various sectors, ranging from the energy sector, transportation, health, food, to banking throughout this year.
Most recently, the Ministry of SOEs will soon carry out reshuffles in the work sector. Where the plan is, Erick will streamline seven state-owned companies into three parent companies.
"God willing, we will walk, God willing, we will. Moreover, yesterday we also restructured, yesterday Mr. Tiko and our team worked hard on how to ensure this SOE, this work is healthy. And we ensure its efficiency," he said when met at the BUMN Ministry Contor, Jakarta, quoted Monday, November 18.
Erick ensured that the board of directors who are currently trusted to lead these state-owned companies can work professionally and transparently.
"So the directors who we now believe they really work professionally and transparently. Our efficiency continues to be pressed," he said.
Not only that, Erick also said that his party had collaborated with law enforcement parties, in this case the Attorney General's Office. So, if there is a fraud, it will be prosecuted.
"And whoever committed the violation, yesterday we cooperated with the prosecutor's office, of course many have apologized for being arrested for the cases," he added.
For your information, Erick Thohir has reshuffled a number of state-owned company management. Along this year, 22 commissioners and directors have been replaced.
Most recently, Erick overhauled the helm of directors of PT Garuda Indoensia (Persero) Tbk. Where the former Acting CEO of Lion Air, Wamildan Tsani Panjaitan was appointed as the main director replacing Irfan Setiaputra.
Not long ago, Erick also reshuffled the directors of PT Pertamina (Persero). He replaced the president director from Nicke Widyawati to Aloysius cement.
In addition, shareholders also appointed Mochamad Iriawan alias Iwan Bule as the main commissioner. Then, Dony Oskaria as deputy president commissioner and Raden Adjeng Sondaryani as independent commissioner.
Then, Erick also reshuffled the board of commissioners at the mining company, namely PT Antam (Persero) Tbk by appointing Rauf Purnama as the main commissioner.
Then, Erick also previously replaced the top leadership at Perum Bulog. Where he appointed Wahyu Suparyono to be the main director replacing Budi Waseso alias Buwas.
At the BUMN construction, Erick appointed Muhamad Akbar as Plt. President Director of Krakatau Steel to replace Silmy Karim.
Furthermore, Erick also appointed Maya Watono as Acting President Director of PT Aviasi Wisata Indonesia (Persero) or InJourney. Maya was appointed to replace Dony Oskaria who was appointed Deputy Minister of SOEs.
In the energy sector, Erick also appointed Grace Natalieie as Commissioner of the Mining BUMN Holding or MIND ID. he also appointed Fuad Bawazier as President Commissioner and Pamitra Wineka as MIND ID's independent commissioner.
The replacement of directors and commissioners was also carried out at PT PGN (Persero) Tbk, PT Timah (Persero) Tbk, PT Surveyor Indonesia, PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI), Perum Perhutani, PT Hutama Karya (Persero) and PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) or KAI.
Then, PT Indofarma (Persero) Tbk (INAF), PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk (KAEF), Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI), PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI), PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk (PTPP), PT Sucofindo, and PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (Persero).
