Lightning Organization Believes The Indonesian Attorney General's Office Will Reveal Allegations Of Corruption In Participating Interest Funds

JAKARTA - The Tri Karya Youth Community Organization (Ormas) (Petir) admitted that it was investigated by investigators from the Indonesian Attorney General's Office (AGO) regarding reports of alleged corruption in the Participating Interest (PI) funds.

Chairman of the National Leadership Council (DPN) of Lightning, Jackson Sihombing, said the report stated that there was an alleged flow of 10 percent PI funds received by PT SPRH of Rp488 billion in 2023.

"I, as the reporter for the alleged corruption of PI funds of 10 percent at PT SPRH, have been examined as a reporting witness by investigators," said Jackson Sihombing, quoted on Sunday, November 17.

Jackson believes the AGO will succeed in uncovering the alleged rasuah of the PI funds.

"We are confident and appreciate that the Indonesian Attorney General's Office will succeed in uncovering a large case of alleged corruption of 10 percent PI funds received by Rohil's BUMD, namely PT SPRH as much as Rp488 billion, which we have reported to the Adhyaksa Corps," he said.

Jackson hopes that the Jampidsus AGO investigators can raise the status of the report to the investigation stage, as long as evidence is sufficient is found.

"Hopefully in the near future, the Jampidsus investigators at the Indonesian Attorney General's Office will raise their investigation status to an investigation related to the report on the alleged corruption of PI funds of 10 percent at PT SPRH," he said.
