Three Fugitives Arrested In Bekasi, Jakarta And Pati
JAKARTA - Three fugitives in three state prosecutors in Central Java were arrested at about the same time in different locations.
"There were three convicts arrested on April 8, 2021 in different locations," said Central Java's Chief Prosecutor Priyanto in Semarang, reported by Antara, Friday, April 9.
The three arrested fugitives were each convicted of hendro corruption crimes punished based on the verdict of the MA cassation in 2007, arrested by the Pati State Prosecutor's Office.
Meanwhile, a child protection criminal, Alfian Sutadi, was arrested in Bekasi by the Purbalingga State Prosecutor's Office. As well as convicted son Muhammad Amar Maruf arrested Kebumen State Prosecutor in Jakarta.
According to Priyanto, efforts to execute the convicts whose verdicts have been of permanent legal force that are on the list of people searches will continue to be carried out.
He also encouraged the public to report if they have information about the convicted fugitive.
"Information about people's search lists can be accessed through the prosecutor's page," he said.
