Andrew Andika Agrees to Demand of Tengku Dewi's Child's Support of IDR 20 Million Per Month

JAKARTA - Andrew Andika finally attended the divorce trial with Tengku Dewi held at the Cibinong Religious Court (PA), West Java. Andrew, who was accompanied by his attorney, emphasized that in addition to being sued for divorce, he was also sued for custody and maintenance of his two children.

He explained that the demand for maintenance for the two children from Tengku Dewi was IDR 20 million per month.

"The lawsuit is for child custody and child maintenance. There is, IDR 20 million per month," said Ricci Chandra, Andrew Andika's attorney after the trial, Wednesday, November 13.

Responding to this, Andrew Andika admitted that he had agreed to the child maintenance requested by his wife. "Yes, I agree," said Andrew Andika.

In another interview, Tengku Dewi confirmed Andrew Andika's agreement. She hopes that Andrew can continue to be responsible.

"Yes, he agreed, thank God. Hopefully he will be responsible because there are still many children in the future. So hopefully he will be a responsible parent," hoped Tengku Dewi.

Previously, Tengku Dewi demanded child support from Andrew Andika of IDR 20 million per month for two children, so each child will receive IDR 10 million per month.

"And including the costs, the cost of child support and education that Dewi requested was very rational, not too excessive, not too striking, just normal, maybe in accordance with the abilities felt by Andrew," said Minola Sebayang, Tengku Dewi's attorney in the Kuningan area, South Jakarta, Thursday, June 6.

"It's only 20 million per month for 2 children, so each 10 is enough, 10 million is enough," he added.
