JAKARTA – Kia's newest car is coming to Indonesia. The information was disclosed by the official agent, PT Kreta Indo Artha. KIA, a South Korean car manufacturer, released the Sonet 7 Seater SUV.
The launch of the latest KIA car was conducted on Thursday, April 8. Kia Sonet 7 Seater complements the previous version of the car variant Sonet 5 Seater. This was expressed by the Head of Development and Sales Division of PT Kreta Indo Artha, Ario Soerjo.
KIA Sonet 7 Seater comes in a number of color variants, namely Clear White, Intense Red, Intelligency Blue, Aurora Black Pearl, Beige Gold, and Steel Silver. The color variant is also available for Sonet 5 Seater that has been present first.
In addition, there are also 5 choices of KIA Sonet 7 Seater type, namely Standard 7, Smart 7, Dynamic 7 and the last most complete type of Premier 7. In this type of Sonet 7 Seater Premier 7 is equipped with LCD, multiple buetooth connection, Apple Car Play, Qibla Direction, Android Auto, USB and Aux, as well as voice recognition or Voice Recognition.
The KIA 7 Seater uses a 1,497cc Smartstream Gamma II, Dual Fuel Injector, Dual CVVT, and DOHC engine. The engine is capable of producing 115 ps of power per 6,300 rpm. It can also produce a maximum torque of 144 Nm per 4,500 rpm.
The engine is combined with an iVT (automatic) or 6-speed MT transmission. The car also comes with a number of features such as hill start assist, cruise control, remote engine start, drive mode, wireless charging, ABS+EBD+BA, TPMS, stability control and 6 airbags for passenger safety.
