The Ministry Of Industry Gets A Budget Of IDR 2.52 Trillion In 2025, Down 34 Percent From The 2024 Ceiling
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Industry (Kemenperin) received a budget allocation ceiling of IDR 2.51 trillion in 2025. This figure is down about 34 percent compared to the 2024 budget ceiling which reached IDR 3.83 trillion.
"The Ministry of Industry's budget ceiling for next year is set at IDR 2.5 trillion," said Minister of Industry (Menperin) Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita during a working meeting with Commission VII DPR at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, quoted Wednesday, November 13.
The Ministry of Industry's budget ceiling is based on the Letter of the Minister of Finance Number S-867/MK/.02/2024 dated September 23, 2024 regarding the submission of the budget allocation of ministries/agencies and the FY 2025 Special Allocation Fund (DAK).
The sources of the Ministry of Industry's budget allocation in 2025, including Rp2.04 trillion from pure rupiah, Rp99.9 billion from Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP), Rp256 billion from BLU and Rp114.7 billion from SBSN.
The function of the budget ceiling was recorded at IDR 759.9 billion for the education budget and IDR 1.75 trillion for the economic budget.

Then, the type of expenditure of the Ministry of Industry on the budget allocation, among others, is Rp902.6 billion used for personnel expenditures, Rp478.3 billion for operational expenditures and Rp1.13 trillion for non-operational expenditures.
Meanwhile, Agus said that the realization of the budget of the Ministry of Industry for FY 2024 until December this year is estimated to reach 97.04 percent of the total 2024 ceiling of IDR 3.83 trillion.
"As of November 11, 2024, the implementation of the budget of the Ministry of Industry for the 2024 FY has been realized at 75.81 percent. We are optimistic that the realization of the Ministry of Industry's budget absorption in 2024 will be at a point above 98 percent," he said.
