PR Ruben Amorim: Unite Play System Understanding At Manchester United
Ruben Amorim arrived at Manchester United on Monday, November 11, 2024, local time, to start his official duties according to the contract.
Even though he is on an international break, he is immediately faced with an important task. Amory must provide an understanding of his playing system to players who do not defend the national team.
Only later when the complete player returns from state duties, about four days before his inaugural match on November 24, 2024 against Ipswich Town, Amorism must provide a thorough understanding of the system he brings.
This is important considering that the 39-year-old coach has a different system from the last manager, Erik ten Hag, and interim manager Ruud van Nistelrooy.
Amoritism puts forward the 3-4-3 formation as a mainstay that has brought success to Sporting since 2020.
There is a big chance he will implement the flagship system at Manchester United. The problem is, the Red Devils haven't played three defenders in a long time since Louis van Gaal's last time in 2014.

One of the Manchester United players, Matthijs de Ligt, said that Amorism must indeed provide an understanding of the system if it is to be in line with the players in the future.
"I think three defenders or four defenders, in general, are the same, the important thing is how this team was formed."
"You can play with three defenders, but if everything is not compact and everyone is doing their own job, then it will be very difficult, just like the four defenders."
"It will be the biggest challenge for the coaches, to put everyone in the same wave and the same page to grow as a team and develop as a player," said De Ligt.
In three years with Casemiro. Although it has not been directly met with Amorim, the veteran midfielder will support the duties of his new manager.
He agreed with De Ligt that the understanding of the system has been an early job since arriving at Old Trafford.
After all, understanding the new system can make players richer and develop towards positive.
"We haven't spoken yet, but everyone spoke very well about him."
"Above all, he is very honest, very loyal. We can't ignore how he has changed Sporting."
"We know that Sporting won a lot of titles, changing clubs with titles, with trophies. He has proven it and has won a lot of things."
"I think there will be a good pattern that everyone wants to develop, everyone wants to learn."
"I think that's the first way to help us grow to the top of the table," Casemiro said.
Ruben Amorim rarely plays a four-back scheme since starting his professional coaching career in 2018.
Although his coaching career is as old as corn, his system has proven to be going well.
When he arrived in Braga in September 2019, he immediately presented the 2019/2020 Liga Taca da title (P Portugal League Cup).
A season later he moved to Sporting. There, he restored the glory of the club that had been missing for about two decades.
The two Premier League titles, two Taca da Liga trophies, and one Supertica Candido de Oliveira trophy were the result of the cold hands of the atmosphere.
