KOTAK's Answer Regarding the Possibility of Former Members Joining the Two-Decade Concert

JAKARTA - KOTAK, which currently consists of Tantri (vocals), Cella (guitar), and Chua (bass), will hold a show titled "Konser Dua Dekade KOTAK" which will be held at GBK Basketball Hall Senayan on Saturday, November 23.

Several guest musicians will be present to enliven the event, such as Marcello Tahitoe alias Ello, Sara Wijayanto, Yacko, and Sean Siburian, son of Pay Burman.

Regarding the possibility of presenting former personnel to celebrate KOTAK's 20th anniversary, Aldi Novianto as manager said that the concept has been done before and will not be repeated for the upcoming concert.

"If asked whether there is a collaboration with part of Kotak Band's history, no, because we have done that during the decade celebration in 2014," said Aldi Novianto during a press conference in Thamrin, Central Jakarta, Monday, November 11.

"Because it has happened before, we don't want to repeat it. That's why we chose other collaborators, such as Marcello Tahitoe and Sara Wijayanto who are indeed close to Kotak," he continued.

However, KOTAK does not want to completely close itself off. Tantri does not mind if former KOTAK personnel want to attend to watch the show.

"If they want to come and get involved, we are open. If they want to watch, we welcome them," said Tantri.

For information, tickets for the KOTAK Dua Dekade Concert are still available and can be purchased in two ways, namely online purchases and also on the spot with very limited quotas.
