The resident who arrested the man with the initials TT also tied the hands of the perpetrators. TT was caught by residents while trying to steal a cage containing a kicau bird contest in the yard of a resident's house.

Syamsi, the head of the local RT, said residents suspected the perpetrator's movements pacing around the residential area. After being noticed for a long time, the perpetrator suddenly entered the resident's house and took a bird in the yard of the victim's house.

"He went to someone's house but looked for a bird's cage, he was seen as quiet, he was working (stealing birds). The birds were caught by the people themselves. The birds were taken (stealed)," Syamsi told reporters. Monday, November 11th.

Then residents who knew about the theft of the perpetrator immediately shouted thieves. A number of residents came out and arrested the perpetrators.

"Because there were screams of thieves, all the children came out. The masses were attacked. He himself. Here he often lost the birds of the kicau," he said.

The perpetrator suffered a leaky wound to the back of the head and bleeding. Meanwhile, from the mouth, the perpetrator also bleeding due to being hit by a mob.

"He admitted that the residents of Rusunawa Perumnas Klender. He admitted his name was Toto," he said.

Luckily, the perpetrator was arrested by a buser member of the Duren Sawit Police who immediately went to the scene. The perpetrator and the evidence were brought to the Duren Sawit Police for further processing.
