Gibran Orders Residents' Complaints "Report Mas Vice President" To Be Responded Quickly
JAKARTA - Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka instructed public complaints that enter through the "Report Mas Vice President" service, either through WhatsApp messages or directly at the Vice Presidential Palace in Jakarta, to be responded to as soon as possible by the relevant agencies.
"He wants a response as soon as possible and immediately coordinated with the relevant agencies if it requires such coordination. Because he is concerned with this complaint," said Deputy for Administration of the Vice Presidential Secretariat Sapto Harjono as reported by ANTARA, Monday, November 11.
Sapto said the results of the complaints from the public would go through a pre-checking process by the Vice Presidential Secretariat team.
The complaint will be investigated first to find out whether the complaint is pure, or whether it has been submitted previously to other agencies. Then the Setwapres team will choose a complaint that needs to be handled further as soon as possible.
The public can also monitor the follow-up to complaints that have been provided through written WhatsApp contacts, namely at 081117042207, or through the official website setwapreslapor.go.id.
"This is still the first time, so maybe there are still many shortcomings. So this is his direction a few days after being inaugurated, so we prepare as well as possible," said Sapto.
The "Report Mas Vice President" channel was a breakthrough from Gibran after being inaugurated as Vice President.
The service, which was previously opened when he was still Mayor of Solo, aims to absorb the aspirations of the people. People who want to file complaints regarding anything can visit Building III of the Vice Presidential Secretariat which is not far from the security entry post on Jalan Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta.
Report services at the Vice Presidential Palace are open from Monday to Friday, 08.00 to 14.00 WIB.
In addition, the Vice President also facilitated reports via WhatsApp at 081117042207, as an alternative report.
