Foke Joins 3 Fingers, Pramono Anung: Can Be Interpreted Alone
JAKARTA - Former Governor of DKI Jakarta Fauzi Bowo (Foke) also attended the declaration of support for the DKI Jakarta Indonesian Santri Ulama Forum (FUSI) to the Pramono Anung-Rano Karno pair in the Jakarta gubernatorial election.
In fact, the Governor of DKI for the 2007-2012 period also raised 3 fingers which symbolize the Pramono-Rano serial number after reading the declaration of support for the community organization with the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) background.
Does that mean that Foke officially supports Pramono-Rano in the 2024 Jakarta Pilkada? Pramono did not answer clearly. Pramono emphasized that he did have a close relationship with Foke.
"Of course, Bang Foke is not only a former governor, he is an NU in Jakarta who is very respected. Personally, Bang Foke has been a friend for a very long time. If he has raised his three finger, he can interpret himself," said Pramono with a smile, Sunday, November 10.
In the declaration event, Pramono emphasized that he and his family were culturally NU residents. Although, Pramono admitted that he had never been a administrator of the NU organization or autonomous body so far.

"I was born in the Nadatul Ulama circle. Even yesterday I rented it to Mrs. Sinta Nuriyah (Gus Dur's wife), Mbak Yenny's mother. I was escorted by Kiai Kafabihi. Because personally I have a very close relationship," explained Pramono.
On this occasion, Pramono also promised to empower MSMEs driven by NU residents. In addition, the former Cabinet Secretary also promised to increase the nominal salary of Koran teachers to the equivalent of the DKI Jakarta provincial minimum wage (UMP).
On that basis, Pramono asked NU scholars to pray for him to win the Pilkada and be able to lead Jakarta for the next 5 years. According to him, the prayers of kiai and ulama became his own energy for him.
"These prayers are energy for me. These prayers make me feel strong. Usually the prayers of Kiai-Kiai NU or Ulama-Ulama NU usually penetrate the sky," he said.
