The Case Of Fake Documents Brought By Witness Denny Indrayana At The Court Of Session Rises To The Investigation

BANJARMASIN - The case of alleged falsification of documents reported by members of KPU (General Election Commissions) Banjar, South Kalimantan, Abdul Muthalib was raised to the investigation (fingerprints) in South Kalimantan Police.

"If it meets the evidence then investigators will determine who the suspect is", Rifa'i continued.

Previously, KPU Commissioner of Banjar Abdul Muthalib District reported the alleged falsification of documents presented by witnesses presented by candidate pairs number 02 in Governor election South Kalimantan, Denny Indrayana, and Difriadi. The allegedly false documents were shown by witness Denny Indrayana during the disputed election results trial (PHPU) of Governor election South Kalimantan at the Constitutional Court.

The document in question and the root of the problem is a statement that mentions the engineering of the vote in the 2020 Kalsel Election in Banjar Regency and lists Abdul Muthalib's name as a member of KPU Banjar Regency.

The document was presented by one of the witnesses presented by the prospective spouse number 02 during the court session on the evidentiary agenda. The court related to Governor election South Kalimantan decided to re-vote in three districts and cities in South Kalimantan on June 9, 2021.
