The Electability Of Tri Adhianto-Harris Bobihoe Is Still A Winner In The Bekasi Pilkada Survey

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Election Study Institute (LKPI) released the results of the latest survey of the election of mayors and deputy mayors in the Bekasi Regional Election, West Java 2024. As a result, the pair Tri Adhianto-Harris Bobihoe remained firmly in the position of champions with electability reaching 53.3 percent.

LKPI Executive Director, Togu Lubis explained that in the simulation test of open questions, the survey results showed that the top of mind choice for the electability level of the Tri Adhianto-Harris Bobihoe pair was at 49.8 percent. Followed by the Heri Koswara-Sholihin pair who were chosen by 33.7 percent of respondents.

Then, in the third position, there was the Uu Saeful Mikdar-Nurul Sumarheni pair who was chosen by 2.9 percent of respondents. Meanwhile, 13.6 percent of respondents did not give the choice.

"In the survey results with closed question simulations, the result was that the pair Tri Adhianto-Harris Bobihoe was chosen at 53.3 percent. Then the Heri Koswara-Sholihin pair was chosen at 37.1 percent, and the Uu Saeful Mikdar-Nurul Sumarheni pair was chosen at 3.3 percent. Meanwhile, 6.3 percent did not choose," said Togu in a survey statement, Thursday, November 7.

Togu revealed that the results of popularity and acceptability for the three candidate pairs after the campaign and socialization were carried out for almost a month were still held by the pair Tri Adhianto-Harris Bobihoe. The pair number 03 received a popularity rate of 88.4 percent.

Then, pair number 01, Heri Koswara-Sholihin has a popularity level of 62.8 percent. As well as pair number 02, Uu Saeful Mikdar-Nurul Sumarheni has a popularity rate of 20.8 percent.

"For the priority level of the people of Bekasi City in the three candidate pairs, the survey results showed that 89.1 percent of respondents liked the Tri Adhianto-Harris Bobihoe pair. Then 60.1 percent of respondents liked the Heri Koswara-Sholihin pair and 21.2 percent of respondents liked the Uu Saeful Mikdar-Nurul Sumarheni pair," explained Togu.

The survey also measured the level of public trust in the three candidate pairs. As a result, the level of public trust for the Tri Adhianto-Harris Bobihoe pair reached a score of 89.2 points. Then, the Heri Koswara-Sholihin pair reached a score of 58.8 points and the Uu Saeful Mikdar-Nurul Sumarheni pair reached a score of 19.1 points.

"The results of this survey also capture the reasons for voters to support the candidate pairs. Among them are the popularity of candidate pairs of 70.7 percent, the level of preference for candidate pairs of 84.70 percent, the level of trust in 78.6 percent, the work program of 75.6 percent, and the experience of 84.7 percent," concluded Togu.

The latest LKPI survey was conducted on October 25-4 November 2024 involving 1,700 respondents from a fixed voter population of 1,828,740 people.

The method of collecting data is that the selected respondents in face-to-face interviews use questionnaires and ballot DUmmy by interviewers who have been trained.

To determine the residents of Bekasi City who were selected as respondents using the multistage random sampling method. This survey has a margin of error +/-2.38 percent at a 95 percent confidence level.
