KSP Deputy M Qodari Donates Land In Palangka Raya For The 3 Million Houses Program
Deputy Chief of Presidential Staff Muhammad Qodari plans to donate his land in Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan, as a form of support for the three million house program launched by President Prabowo Subianto.
Qodari said that the three million house program per year is President Prabowo's big dream which aims to meet the housing needs of low-income people, especially in rural areas.
"So I plan to donate land in order to support and realize President Prabowo's big goal of building housing for low-income people," said Qodari as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, November 5.
He also supports the move by the Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Maruarar Sirait who has started efforts to realize Prabowo's big idea of realizing the three million housing units per year program during his leadership period in the next five years.
The move, said Qodari, started by donating Maruarar's personal land to build people's housing.
According to him, Maruarar's move needs to be supported and used as an example for all parties who have the ability to contribute to the country, providing decent housing for low-income people.
"I support the steps that have been started by Mr. Maruarar Sirait in realizing the program of three million Prabowo-Gibran houses which began with a good example, namely donating 2.5 hectares of land in Tangerang City. That is a progressive step and should be used as an example for private entrepreneurs in supporting the program of three million houses for underprivileged people," said Qodari.
Qodari said the land he would donate was 14,765 square meters located on Jalan Soekarno III, Menteng, Palangka Raya City.
"My sister and I want to participate by donating land to build people's housing. This is proof of the spirit of mutual cooperation driven by Bang Ara (Maruarar Sirait)," said Qodari.
He emphasized the importance of community participation, especially private entrepreneurs in achieving the program's targets. According to him, the involvement of the private sector will accelerate the realization of housing for low-income people.
Furthermore, Qodari said that the three million houses construction program also needed to be supported in mutual cooperation, both through land donations and contributions in the form of services and others.
Therefore, Qodari invited private entrepreneurs to be moved to follow Maruarar Sirait's steps in supporting the construction of houses for the people.
"Bang Ara has started the movement with a good example by donating his land and I also donate. Hopefully in the future private entrepreneurs will be moved and interested in donating their land," he said.
Qodari assessed the importance of building mutual cooperation in building houses for the people to grow social awareness. In addition, the budget requirement to build three million houses is very large so that mutual cooperation steps are considered appropriate.

"Hopefully the movement that has been started by Bang Ara can be imitated by private entrepreneurs so that in the future there will be crowds to provide assistance," hopedQodari.
He explained that the construction of three million houses was Prabowo-Gibran's vision that he wanted to provide decent housing for underprivileged and low-income people.
This, according to him, not only helps reduce social inequality, but also creates social and economic stability for the community.
He hopes that with broad support from various circles, the three million house program can be realized on time, as well as provide a positive impetus for the national construction sector.
