Shaquille O'Neal Struggles To Sell His Luxury Home In Florida For $ 240.7 Billion
JAKARTA - NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal is still trying to sell his £12 million (IDR 240.7 billion) home in Orlando. In January, someone bid for the property, but the transaction fell through.
The 49-year-old, who has won four NBA championships, initially sold the house in May 2018 for £20 million ($401.3 billion). He was forced to gradually lower his price to £12 million.
Whoever ends up buying the property will get a large house that accommodates 12 bedrooms and many other amenities. Among other things; the large kitchen features the latest specifications, a giant breakfast bar surrounds and a dining room table that can accommodate 12 people.
The property, purchased by Shaq in 1993, is located near the waters around tropical trees between Lake Louise and Lake Butler in Florida on the outskirts of Orlando.
There is a swimming pool that is longer than that used by Olympic athletes near the terrace of this luxurious house. The new owners are guaranteed to stay cool in the Florida sunshine.
The new owners can also relax the other way by enjoying the cigar lounge, located on the top floor with lake views. Not only that. There is also a wine cellar, three fireplaces, and a lakeside office. All of them offer plenty of options for a quiet getaway.
No less important is the basketball court bearing the Miami Heat logo, where Shaq won his last NBA championship in 2006, as well as other memorabilia on the wall. Then there's the spacious showroom garage, with mirrors on all sides, that can accommodate 17 cars.
It all stands on nearly four acres of land in what is billed as "Florida's most exclusive golf community".
