Yulhee Sues Custody And Divorce Allowance To Minhwan FTISLAND
JAKARTA - Yulhee filed a lawsuit on custody and divorce allowance for Minhwan FTISLAND. According to the legal community, the former LABOUM member filed for mediation for a change in custody status at the Seoul Family Court.
The report was filed on Monday, November 4th and he carried out legal procedures to obtain custody previously obtained by Minhwan after they divorced.
Minhwan's agency, FNC Entertainment told OSEN that 'We have no position to respond to this.'
In December 2023, Choi Minhwan and Yulhee announced their divorce after five years. In that statement, they revealed that custody would fall to Minhwan because her husband was considered capable of providing financial support for their three children.
On October 24, Yulhee uploaded a video containing the truth of their divorce. Yulhee herself had received negative comments after handing over custody to Minhwan.

In his latest video, Yulhee revealed that one of the reasons they divorced was because Minhwan often went to bars and met other women.
In front of the family, Choi Minhwan touched my body and put the money in my bag. When we played Go-Stop, my ex-husband put money into my body. How do I know something like that happened in the bar? I just found out that habit," said Yulhee in one part.
Yulhee also uploaded a recording of Minhwan's conversation with a friend who works in a bar. The conversation contained Minhwan's request to meet a woman at the bar and was willing to wait for hours.
Yulhee, who appeared on television, said the reason she did not get custody immediately after the divorce. "When the incident occurred, there was a divorce conversation and at that time (Minhwan) offered 50 million won," said Yulhee.
"He said he could give me 50 million won and 2 million won for child support when we have a house or divorce. If you think about it realistically, my three children and I can rent a month but (give money) like that I told you to die," he said.
