Vadel Badjideh Did Not Accept After The Police Raised The Status Of Nikita Mirzani's Report To Investigation

JAKARTA - Vadel Badjideh's attorney, Razman Arif Nasution, said that his client had received the Notice of Investigation Commencement (SPDP) from the South Jakarta Police. The notification letter confirmed that Nikita Mirzani's report would be forwarded to investigation.

This letter was received directly by Vadel's brother, Martin. Knowing this, Razman said that his client had rebelled.

"I was informed by Brother Martin Bajieh that they had received the SPD. Many journalists asked, how did Vadel react? So the answer is Fadel's reaction as a young person, as a person who may not be so mature. The answer is that he is a little stubborn," said Razman Arif Nasution in the Kuningan area, South Jakarta, Sunday, November 3.

Vadel protested because he felt he had never done anything that Nikita Mirzani had reported to the police.

"Bounced in what sense? He immediately video called me. Even when we had a meeting via Zoom, because I was out of town, he told me, 'Om, I swear, I didn't do what was alleged. But why did I go up for fingerprints?'," said Razman Arif Nasution.

"I explained, 'Then I became a suspect'. I said, 'not necessarily', 'What about the suspect, Om? Tell me or not?'. I said, 'if arrested what else? It depends on what article'," said Razman Arif Nasution.
