Min Hee Jin's Request To Be CEO Of ADOR Is Rejected By The Court
JAKARTA - Min Hee Jin's request to return to the CEO position on the ADOR label was rejected by the court. He was removed from his position after a meeting of shareholders.
Last September, Min Hee Jin submitted a request to return to being ADOR's internal director and CEO. Before the court reached an agreement, ADOR held a meeting and stated Min Hee Jin would return as internal director.
The Seoul court rejected Min Hee Jin's request because Min Hee Jin's claim did not meet the requirements to be a court decision.
HYBE responded to the court's decision by stating, "We are grateful for the wise court's decision. We will use this decision as an agreement to return ADOR to normal and use a multi-label system to support the activities of our artists."
Min Hee Jin's side stated that he did not give up in fighting for his position as before. Previously he was promised five years for his position as CEO under the approval of the shareholders.

This decision does not mean that the court accepts HYBE claims. I ask HYBE to meet the shareholder requirements and make wise decisions on the growth of NewJeans and ADOR.
NewJeans members also delivered ultimatums to HYBE for Min Hee Jin to return to being CEO in live broadcasts. In addition, they feel that the multi-label system does not match ADOR and is different from other labels under the auspices of HYBE.
Min Hee Jin's position is said to be valid only until November 1, but after he returns, he will be internal director for ADOR for three years starting from November 2.
ADOR is a sub-label founded by Min Hee Jin under the HYBE company with the aim of orbiting Min Hee Jin's new group. Prior to joining HYBE, Min Hee Jin was the creative director at SM Entertainment with 22 years of experience.
