Feeling Tired And Stress Including Mental Health Disorders? This Is What Psychologists Say
JAKARTA - Psychologist Offie Dwi Natalia revealed the characteristics of someone who has mental health problems. He said someone who has mental health problems can not only be seen from himself feeling tired and stressed.
If you feel stressed and tired for a moment, that person is only in a tired body condition, not because you have a mental disorder. He said that this condition is normal for anyone to face.
"If my friends feel I'm tired, I'm stressed, I don't want to do anything, but on that day, it wasn't a mental disorder. It's just a condition of fatigue and that's normal," said Offie Dwi Natalia when met in the Kuningan area, South Jakarta, on Thursday, October 31, 2024.
Offie said the characteristics of a person with mental health disorders have a bad mood so they are not interested in meeting other people. This condition must be experienced for at least two weeks, so it must be checked for a mental state to see.
"What's not normal is that we are badmod all day, not productive, don't want to meet many people, at least within a week period, that's what indicates we need professional help."
"So the characteristics are from there first. That's what we need to realize the characteristics first for self-screening," he said.
