Slank Has A Program To Raise Fans' Economy Strategy

JAKARTA - For Slank, fans are not other people. Slankers (fans' bases) are those who are with Bimbim cs on every trip, both for music and beyond that.

The band, based in Potlot, has high hopes, where Slankers, who are still facing economic difficulties, are able to empower themselves and their communities to better economic strata.

"We want Slankers to be in a higher economic strata," said Ivanka in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, Tuesday, October 29.

According to what the bassist said, Bimbim said that Slank is currently encouraging his fans to be independent as an entrepreneur. This program is named Slankerspreneur.

"We are working on Slankerspreneur. It is the business of Slankers' children. That's Ivan's concept," said Bimbim.

Through this program, Bimbim hopes that those who join can be in a high economic strata one day.

"Later on for 50 years Slank, (his dream), the Slankerspreneur will be all conglo (-rat)," said Bimbim again.

On January 4, 2025, Slank will celebrate his 41st birthday through a concert with the theme of the night market. Ivanka hopes that Slankerspreneur can be brought to the event.

"Yes, hopefully on January 4, we will launch the Slankerspreneur program at that time," concluded Ivanka.
