MAMAMOO Agency, RBW Acquire WM Entertainment

JAKARTA - Today, April 7, RBW Entertainment agency officially acquired WM Entertainment.

"We acquired WM Entertainment, the agency of Oh My Girl, B1A4, and ONF," rbw reported from Soompi on the same day.

Known, RBW completed the purchase agreement and sale on March 31 and acquired a 70 percent stake in WM Entertainment and made them subsidiaries.

RBW is the agency that houses MAMAMOO, ONEUS, ONEWE, and Purple Kiss, while WM Entertainment is home to Oh My Girl, B1A4, ONF, and Lee Chae Yeon IZ*ONE.

This collaboration will develop the creativity and concept of the artists and develop South Korean culture to an international level.

WM Entertainment will be rbw's independent label governing their management parent.
