Hundreds Of NCOs From Kaltara Police Are Equipped With Police Public Relations
TANJUNG SELOR - Hundreds of NCOs from the North Kalimantan Regional Police (Polda) class 51 attended the Police Public Relations briefing.
The Head of Public Relations of the Kaltara Police, Kombes Budi Rahmat, said that the activities held by Bidhumas and the HR Bureau of the North Kalimantan Police were part of the Police's commitment to improve the quality of communication and public relations skills of teenagers.
"The briefing for 2 days aims to optimize the role of public relations in the police, especially the Kaltara Police," said Kombes Budi Rahmat, Tuesday, October 29.
"It is hoped that the level of strategic communication capability of the young Kaltara Police personnel will be available," he continued.
Budi also conveyed that the public relations strategy was the main thing in this briefing.
Moreover, Polri's public relations plays a very important role through members of the National Police who also have a crucial function in shaping the positive image of the institution through effective and transparent communication.
"Armed with the knowledge and skills gained, later these young NCOs are expected not only to excel in routine police tasks but also to build communication relations to strengthen public trust and synergy with various related parties," he said.
According to him, this training is one of the efforts of the North Kalimantan Police to continue to respond to the changing social dynamics.
"By implementing effective public relations practices, it is hoped that the Kaltara Police can continue to be a credible and reliable organization in the eyes of the community," he said.
