Viral Video Of Medan Child Beaten By His Father, Threatened To Be 'Pricked', Ask The Police For Help

MEDAN - Video recording of a father fighting with his son is viral on social media. This child was also beaten by his father.

From the video circulating, it appears that 2 men are fighting. A woman recorded this event. The man without wearing clothes gets angry at his son who is wearing a sweater.

The man is seen carrying a sharp weapon and trying to hit the boy in front of him.

"Don't sir," says the man in the video.

"I'll stick you first", said the shirtless man.

Furthermore, the man who wore the sweater said it was not a problem that he was the victim of his father.

"Don't make you fight back", he said.

The man's comment made the father angry. Then there is an action of pushing each other between the two.

"You against! against!", said the man hitting.

When the action was heard a woman's voice tried to halt the incident. This video was allegedly uploaded to social media by a shirtless man's girl.

"I ask for help from any good person out there. To distribute this video. This video was taken on April 6, 2021, at 22.05", said the video post on Instagram.

The poster explained that the figure in the video was her father. Initially, she was the first target of his father.

"My father tried to hit me with a long stick on the head. Then pointed a sharp weapon like a video at my left neck, but was blocked by my brother", she wrote.

Feeling obstructed by his son, said the poster, his father destroyed his entire room, then returned to him with a sharp weapon.

"But again my brother was broken up and my brother was the target", she wrote

Deputy of Criminal Investigation Unit Medan Police, AKP Rafles Langgak Putra Marpaung, when confirmed, said he would investigate this case.

"We are investigating, thank you", said Rafles to reporters, Wednesday, April 7.
