Erick Thohir And Sri Mulyani Give Material On The Second Day Of Cabinet Retret
JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir and Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani Indrawati provided material on the second day of treatment held at the Military Academy, Magelang.
In the session, Erick Thohir conveyed the important role of SOEs that have three main roles as development agents as well as creators of values for society, nation and state.
"BUMN plays an active role in supporting the people's economy, such as the distribution of KUR for MSMEs, the Mekaar program for women, to the Makmur program for farmers," said Erick as quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, October 26.
In addition, he continued, sustainable development through national strategic projects such as the construction of the Jakarta-Bandung LRT & high-speed train is also one of the main roles of SOEs. Contributions to state revenues in the form of dividends, taxes, and non-tax state revenues (PNBP) also marked the important role of SOEs.
Meanwhile, Sri Mulyani discussed the theme related to state financial management and a sustainable fiscal strategy in the second day of the Red and White Cabinet.
The Red and White Cabinet Retreat at the Magelang Military Academy is an impressionful moment for cabinet officials who take part in morning gymnastics, rows-of-row training, and briefing.
According to a number of cabinet members, this activity is not only physically testing, but also strengthening ties between cabinet members, aligning visions, and forming cohesiveness as a team.
This retreat activity at the Military Academy of Magelang emphasized the importance of togetherness, discipline, and the unity of vision among the ministers of the Red and White Cabinet.
With this new spirit, there is hope that cabinet members will be able to bring the government to a more solid and effective achievement.
The retreat activity was opened by President Prabowo Subianto through the delivery of directions to participants which took place after sports activities and eating in the morning, on Friday (25/10) at around 08.00 WIB.
President Prabowo said that the debriefing activity was an effort to equalize the frequency and movement of steps as a government.
