Red And White Cabinet Retret Build Synergy And Discipline

JAKARTA - The Red and White Cabinet Retret at the Magelang Military Academy is an impressionful moment for cabinet officials who take part in morning exercises, rows and rows exercises, to debriefing.

According to a number of cabinet members, this activity is not only physically testing, but also strengthening ties between cabinet members, aligning visions, and forming cohesiveness as a team.

"The impression is very good, I think this is a very effective step how we in the Red and White Cabinet can equalize steps and frequencies," said Minister of Youth and Sports Dito Ariotedjo as quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, October 26.

Menpora Dito also emphasized the importance of humanitarian relations and ties between cabinet members. In fact, this approach accelerates synergy to realize President Prabowo's goal of forming a fast and effective cabinet.

"So, this is accelerating because the President wants the Red and White Cabinet to work quickly and work effectively," said Dito.

Meanwhile, Minister of Religion Nasaruddin Umar assessed that this activity was useful for training cohesiveness and uniting the cabinet's vision. This activity is an important shock therapy, not only for cabinet members, but also for echelon officials in various agencies.

"Right now, I don't think the current training is only important for cabinets, but also echelon 1, echelon 2 officials for each agency, I think it's very good to do the same," said Nasaruddin Umar.

On the other hand, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Bahlil Lahadalia highlighted the challenges of getting up in the morning that he rarely does.

However, he acknowledged that this disciplinary exercise is good for teaching responsibilities under any circumstances and hopes that similar activities can be implemented in his ministry.

"The morning building was a bit difficult for me, usually I sleep at 2 p.m. [at 02.00 p.m.], wake up at 5 p.m.], after dawn I sleep again, right, I'll wake up at 7 p.m. [07.00 p.m.]," he said.

Bahlil continued, "Well, no, I slept at 2 p.m. [02.00 p.m.], at 4 p.m. [04.00 p.m.] it sounded. However, it's good that life is disciplined, the responsibility of the country is 2 hours, 1 hour of sleep, as soon as the call of duty, it must be ready," said Bahlil.

Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi also emphasized the importance of cohesiveness as a team.

Prasetyo Hadiltas likens cabinet work to the football team. Each member has a different role, but works as a unit.

"The analogy is as a football team, some are in front, some are behind, some are on the side. However, all support as a unit," said Prasetyo Hadi.

This retreat activity at the Military Academy of Magelang emphasized the importance of togetherness, discipline, and the unity of vision among the ministers of the Red and White Cabinet.

With this new spirit, there is hope that cabinet members will be able to bring the government to a more solid and effective achievement.
