Iranian Military Intercepts Israeli Attack Projectiles
JAKARTA - Iran's military said their air defense units managed to intercept a number of "projectiles" targeting military installations in Teheranbarat and southwest by the Israeli military.
The statement was posted by the Iranian military on social media platform X hours after a number of explosions were heard in Iran's capital, Tehran, Saturday, October 26.
The Iranian government did not explain in detail about the Israeli attack, but promised to provide the latest information.
Through the @IRIran_Military account on X, the Iranian military also said Israel's Defense Minister Yoav Gallant's office released a edited image showing the "senior terrorist" seeing a photo of an explosion that turned out to be an old photo of an oil refinery fire.
