AGO Arrests Former Supreme Court Official In Bali Regarding Ronald Tannur's Free Verdict Bribery Case

The Bali High Prosecutor's Office confirmed that the Attorney General's Office (AGO) arrested a person with the initials ZR, a former official at the Supreme Court (MA).

ZR was arrested on suspicion of bribery by the judge who sentenced Gregorius Ronald Tannur to acquittal in the murder case of Dini Sera.

ZR was arrested on Thursday (24/10) in the Jimbaran area, South Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali.

"It is true that last night there was a team from the Attorney General's Office investigators to secure or arrest one person around the Jimbaran area," said Head of the Bali Attorney General's Office, Putu Eka Sabana, Friday, October 25.

"Then the person concerned was taken to the High Prosecutor's Office for an initial examination and this morning he was immediately taken to Jakarta," he added.

Previously, three judges who sentenced Gregorius Ronald Tannur to acquittal in the murder case of Dini Sera were arrested by the AGO, Wednesday (23/10). They were named as suspects along with a lawyer, Lisa Rahmat as an intermediary for bribes.
