The Attorney General's Attitude On The Possibility Of Examining Edward Tannur Regarding The Bribery Case Of 3 Surabaya District Court Judges
JAKARTA - The Attorney General's Office (AGO) has opened its voice regarding the investigation of Edward Tannur, Gregorius Ronald Tannur's father regarding the bribery case of three judges at the Surabaya District Court (PN).
Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) at the Attorney General's Office, Febrie Adriansyah, said that Edward's investigation was not carried out in the near future. "Not yet (investigated in the near future)," Febrie said when contacted Friday, October 25.
Febrie said that currently his party is still focused on developing bribery cases involving Erintuah Damanik, Mangapul, and Heru Hanindyo. "Still busy in case development," he said.

Previously, the Director of Investigation (Dirdik) of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) Abdul Qohar admitted that he was ready to ensnare Edward Tannur if he was proven involved in the bribery case of three judges.
"If sufficient evidence is found later that the money is from Ronald Tanur or his family, we will determine him as a suspect," he said.
