Honda Shows The Latest Innovation At GIIAS Semarang 2024, Presents Hybrid Cars And Electric SUVs
JAKARTA PT Honda Prospect Motor (HPM) has again enlivened the GIIAS 2024 event which was held this time at Muladi Dome UNDIP, Semarang City, from 23 to 27 October. By carrying the theme Dreams in Motion, Honda presents the latest innovations that reflect its commitment to meeting the needs of automotive consumers in Indonesia, including electrification efforts.
Some of the models that Honda brought to the GIIAS Semarang 2024 event include the Honda STEP WGN e: HEV. This car is an Upper MPV Honda car that uses the latest efficient, powered, and environmentally friendly hybrid technology.
Honda STEP WGN e: HEV is Honda's initiative to continue to study consumer needs in various segments in Indonesia. Honda STEP WGN e: HEV was previously displayed at GIIAS 2024, GIIAS Surabaya 2024, Honda Autovaganza 2024, GIIAS Bandung 2024 and also Honda Culture Indonesia.
"For 76 years Honda has become the largest mobility company in the world that continues to develop various technologies to meet the needs of very diverse world consumers. The various special models we have displayed at GIIAS this time show our commitment to continue to be part of consumer life," said Sales and After Sales Director Honda Semarang Center Sumantri, in an official statement received, October 24.

In addition to the above model, Honda also features Honda e: N1 which is Honda's first electric SUV to be marketed in Indonesia in 2025. Previously, Honda e: N1 had been marketed in China and Europe in 2023, and then in Thailand in early 2024.
Honda also exhibited its flagship SUV products, namely All New Honda CR-V RS e: HEV and All New Honda HR-V. Visitors can also feel the sensation of driving a Honda car by conducting a Honda WR-V test drive, All New Honda HR-V and also New Honda BR-V N7X Edition.
At the exhibition, Honda also offered an attractive program, especially for those who ordered units. Like light interest rates, installments ranging from Rp. 2 million, tenors to 8 years, free treatment packages of up to 50,000 km.
