VinFast Expands Its Model In The Philippines By Presenting VF 7
JAKARTA - The automotive manufacturer from Vietnam, VinFast, confirmed that it will bring the VF 7 model to the Philippine market through the 12th Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit which will take place on October 24-26.
Launching from AutoIndustrya, Tuesday, October 22, this car is targeted for young executives and novice families. According to the brand, VF 7 reflects the style, practicality, and environmental awareness of making it a multipurpose vehicle.
Competing in the compact crossover SUV segment, the car has dimensions with a length of 4,545 mm, a width of 1,890 mm, a height of 1,636 mm, and a wheelbase of 2,840 mm.
In some markets, VF 7 is offered in two driving variants, namely single and double electric motors. For single-motors, the car has a power of 177 ps and a dual-motor of up to 354 ps.
With a large size, VinFast gives this model with a 75.3 kWh lithium-ion battery that gives it a range of up to 450 km according to NEDC calculations.
Unfortunately, the manufacturer has not disclosed the selling price of this model in the Philippine market. However, the presence of VF 7 is in line with VinFast's strategy of expanding its market globally by offering advanced technology electric vehicles.

Previously, the brand under VinGroup opened a pre-order period for its petite EV named VF 3 in the market. In the pre-order opening, VinFast offered various attractive offers for local automotive lovers who wanted to bring VF 3 to their home garage.
The price offered specifically for the pre-order period is 605,000 pesos or around Rp. 166 million for the version with a subscription battery. Meanwhile, the price of the version includes a battery price of 705,000 pesos (around Rp. 205 million).
Despite being small, VinFast's VF 3 is powered by a 32 kW electric motor, which provides a maximum torque performance of 110 Nm. Equipped with a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 18.64 kWh, VF 3 can cover a distance of up to 210 km with a fast charging time (DC) of only 36 minutes for battery capacity from 10 to 70 percent.
