Mobile Clinic Assistance From Indonesian Citizens For Palestine Starts Operation, This Is Its Function

JAKARTA - Indonesian people's assistance to Palestine in the form of mobile clinics for refugees from Al Sukhneh Camp, Al Zarqa, Jordan, which were distributed through the Indonesian National Amil Zakat Agency (Baznas) began operating.

Chairman of the Indonesian Baznas Noor Achmad, through a statement in Jakarta, reported by ANTARA, Saturday, October 19, said that this mobile clinic assistance was present as one of the initiatives to provide accessible health services for Palestinian refugees who do not receive adequate medical services.

"The presence of this mobile clinic is part of Baznas' humanitarian mission that is not only focused on Indonesia, but also pays attention to the condition of Muslims and the international community," he said.

Noor explained that this mobile clinic assistance is equipped with basic health facilities and medical personnel who are ready to provide services to Palestinian refugees in need.

"We hope that through this small step, we can provide great benefits, especially for Palestinian and Syrian refugees who are in Jordan, as well as local residents who need health assistance," he said.

Noor thanked the government and humanitarian agencies in Jordan for their full support, as well as for all Baznas partners who have played a role in realizing this program.

According to him, good synergy between institutions, governments, and the community is the key to the success of every social and humanitarian initiative implemented.

"This Mobile Clinic is not only a symbol of health assistance, but also a representation of our collective spirit of mutual cooperation and concern to continue to maintain the health and welfare of the people, especially in areas affected by the humanitarian crisis," concluded Noor Achmad.
