Meanwhile, Australian Embassy in Jakarta said that Australian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Richard Marles would represent Australia at Prabowo's inauguration ceremony.

Marles stated that his presence reflects the relationship between Australia and Indonesia, which has always been close in the 75th year of diplomatic relations.

Meanwhile, according to the Head of the Presidential Secretariat Heru Budi Hartono on Friday, October 18, state guests who will attend the inauguration of the elected president and vice president will begin arriving in the country this Saturday.

He said state guests who confirmed their presence came from 20 countries plus one UN envoy and there would be 13 special representatives of the head of state.

The inauguration ceremony on Sunday is expected to be attended by around 1,100 people.
