Denmark Open 2024: 4 Indonesian Representatives Qualify For Quarter Finals
JAKARTA Four Indonesian representatives managed to secure tickets to the quarter-finals of the Denmark Open 2024.
The most recent ticket was secured by the pair Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Rian Ardianto who stopped representatives of China Taipei, Lee Fang-Chih/Lee Fang-Jen, rubber games 21-16, 18-21, and 21-18 on Thursday, October 17, 2024, night WIB.
Fajar/Rian are the only male doubles representatives left in this Super 750 BWF tournament from the three pairs sent.
Two other representatives, Hendra Setiawan/Mohammad Ahsan and Leo Rolly Carnando/Bagas Maulana, ran aground in the first and second rounds in a row.
Before Fajar/Rian, two other tickets for Indonesia had already been secured by the women's singles duo Gregoria Mariska Tunjung and Putri Kusuma Wardani.

Rinov/Pitha got tickets without sweating at all because their opponents from Canada, Kevin Lee/Eliana Zhang, withdrew from the tournament.
