Erick Thohir Reforms Four Directors Of PT Bukit Asam, Here Are The Names

JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) of PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) today, Monday, April 5, has decided to renew a number of positions of the company's directors.

It is recorded that there were four directorships that were replaced by the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir as the government's representative who became the owner of PTBA's shares.

These names are Farida Thamrin as Director of Finance and Risk Management replacing Mega Satria.

Then, Dwi Fatan Lilyana as Director of Human Resources replaces Joko Pramono, and Suhedi as Director of Operations and Production replacing Hadith Surya Palapa.

Meanwhile, Fuad Iskandar Zulkarnain Fachroeddin is still asked to occupy his position as Director of Business Development.

On that occasion Erick also removed the position of director of commerce as a consequence of establishing the MIND ID holding.
