Batumbu Announces The Appointment Of New Commissioners And Directors
JAKARTA - PT Berdayakan Usaha Indonesia (Batumbu) a company that organizes Information Technology-Based Joint Funding Services (LPBBTI) or fintech lending which is part of Validus Investment Holding Pte Ltd (Validus), announced the change of leadership in the Board of Commissioners and Directors. This change has been ratified through a Circuitly Effective Shareholder Decision on October 14, 2024.
In the Board of Directors, Shareholders accepted Tan Glant Saputrahadi's resignation from his position as President Director and appointed Reza Perazi Armadi as the new President Director. In addition, Paulus Adinata Widia was appointed Deputy President Director and Mochamad Tommy Hersyaputera as Director.
In the Board of Commissioners, Shareholders also ratified the appointment of Hermanto Freddy Baton Hutasoit as Commissioner. Thus, the latest composition of the Board of Commissioners and Directors of Batumbu is as follows:

The President Commissioner (Independent) of Batumbu, Manggi Taruna Habir expressed his appreciation for Tan Glant's dedication during his 3 years of leading Batumbu, as well as welcoming Reza's appointment to continue the new leadership position.

This achievement has succeeded in bringing Batumbu into a company with strong and sustainable business performance. Reza, who previously served as Deputy President Director of Batumbu, has more than 24 years of experience in the national banking industry, with extensive expertise in the field of MSMEs and financial services for supply chain management. Reza joined Batumbu in early 2020 as Chief Business Development Officer in the midst of a pandemic.
With a new formation on the Board of Commissioners and Directors, Batumbu is expected to continue to develop through service innovation that is in line with the business ecosystem of its partners. Entering its sixth year of operation in Indonesia, Batumbu is committed to strengthening collaboration, including with funders and bank partners, in order to jointly contribute to advancing the MSME sector, the backbone of the national economy.
