Scottish DJ Jackmaster Dies Of Head Injury
JAKARTA - Disjoki (DJ) and music producer from Scotland Jack Revil or better known as Jackmaster passed away at the age of 38 on Saturday, October 12 morning.
It is known that complications arising from head injuries while Jack was in Ibiza, Spain were the cause of his death.
Through uploads on Instagram, Jack's representatives have also confirmed the sad news.
"With deep sadness, we confirm the death of Jack Revill, who is known by many as Jackmaster", reads a statement on Jack's representative upload.
"His family - Kate, Sean, and Johnny - are very heartbroken. Despite being deeply touched by the extraordinary support from friends, colleagues, and fans. The family respectfully asks for privacy as they face tremendous sadness over this devastating loss."
The upload also describes what Jack has done on his musical journey, and how it affects electronic music in the UK.

For information, Jackmaster was born in Glasgow, Scotland on January 11, 1986. He has studied to be a DJ since he was 13 years old, and then appeared at several local clubs.
Since the age of 20, Jack has founded several music labels devoted to paying attention to electronic music, one of which is Numbers in 2010.
