Lexus Introduces All New LX 700h That Has Been Equipped With A Hybrid System
JAKARTA - Various automotive manufacturers continue to compete to present an environmentally friendly model, the latest from Lexus, which eventually launched a hybrid variant for the LX 700h model.
Quoting from Lexus' official website, Friday, October 11, LX is the brand's flagship SUV which is based on the concept of 'effortless and reflected driving on any road around the world', combining driving performance that is able to pass any road in the world, but still provides a distinctive comfort for Lexus.
"Three years after the launch of the gasoline and diesel models, we are perfecting the Lexus Driving Signature, as well as improving safety and comfort features. The extensive improvement of our driving flavor has been fully integrated into the HEV model," said Lexus International Chief Engineer Takami Yokoo.
In detail, the LX 700h Lexus is equipped with a parallel series hybrid system which is claimed to be able to maintain reliability, durability to off-road performance which is indeed the hallmark of this model.

For the engine, the LX 700h Lexus is powered by a 3,500 cc twin turbo which couples with an automatic transmission of 10 accelerations. In addition, it is also embedded with a special hybrid control system that does carry out the task of managing the transition between driving modes of a gasoline machine or using electricity only.
These configurations allow features such as four-wheel drive and low range transfer case to be maintained, while ensuring more effective torque transmission.
This car is also embedded with various safety technologies including the Lexus Safety System+ which is upgraded with the Protective Driving Assist, which provides semi-autonomous driving. It is also equipped with Radar Cruise Control, Lane Departure Alert to Driving Abnormality Response System.
This one car is also equipped with Vehicle-2-Load (V2L) features like electric cars in general. This feature can be a power reserve of up to 2,400 w. The price issue has not been disclosed.
