Elementary School Student Who Disappeared In Kalideres Turns Out To Be Arrested And Raped For 7 Days By Scavengers

The West Jakarta Metro Police managed to uncover the case of the disappearance of a 6th grade elementary school student with the initials Akan (12) who had disappeared in the Kalideres area, West Jakarta on Monday, September 16.

From the results of the investigation, the police managed to find new facts in the case of the disappearance of the 6th grade elementary school student. Apparently, the actor behind the disappearance will be carried out by a scavenger.

"We have arrested a perpetrator with the initials SPS (22). The perpetrator of this SPS is proven to have intercourse with the victim who is a minor repeatedly," said West Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes M Syahduddi when confirmed, Wednesday, October 9.

This perpetrator works as a laborer in a used goods stall. The kidnapping by the perpetrator began on September 15, 2024.

The suspect met the victim through a dating application (LITMACH). Then the suspect with the victim exchanged the whatsapp number.

They then made an appointment to meet at Bulak Teko Park, in front of the supermarket in Kalideres, West Jakarta.

After meeting, the suspect took the victim on a Scoopy motorbike to an empty warehouse in Pekojan area, Tambora, West Jakarta.

"In the empty warehouse, the victim was sexually assaulted by the perpetrator," he said.

Furthermore, the victim was taken by the suspect to the former place of work of the suspect. At that place the victim was put in a room from Monday, September 16 at around 23.00 WIB until September 23, at around 19.00 WIB the victim was sexually assaulted by the suspect repeatedly.

"For 7 days the victim never left the room during the day. If he came out only at night to take a shower. After that the victim was taken home and taken down by the suspect in a place not far from the victim's house," he said.

For his actions, the SPS suspect was charged with Article 81 UURI No. 17 of 2016 concerning amendments to Law No. 23 of 2002 and/or Article 332 of the Criminal Code for intercourse with children and/or taking an underage woman away without the permission of her parents.

Previously, it was reported that a 6th grade elementary school student with the initials AKI (12) was reported missing since Monday, September 16. The family has reported Angel's disappearance to the Kalideres Police on Wednesday, September 18.

However, until Friday, September 20, the family had not received any information regarding Angel's whereabouts. The victim's family hopes that Angel can be found in good health.
