Israeli Military Issues New Evacuation Order For Residents Of North Gaza

JAKARTA - The Israeli military issued a new evacuation order to residents in northern Gaza, saying the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) are currently operating with great force in the area.

The areas ordered to be vacated included Beit Hanoun, the Jabaliya and Beit Lahia refugee camps.

"For your safety, you must immediately vacate these areas to a newly formed humanitarian area in Al-Mawasi (in the south)," said Arabic IDF spokesman Avichay Adraee on X.

Residents are asked to take the Salah al-Din route. axis headed for southern Gaza between 8 am and 5 pm local time.

The IDF statement is a renewal of an order issued on Sunday, which says the northern part of the Gaza Strip is still considered a dangerous combat zone.

Prior to the announcement of a new emptying notice, Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza said it received people who suffered multiple injuries from artillery fire from Beit Lahia.

The hospital said five people were killed, and several others were injured after being hit by a drone strike in Beit Lahia in northern Gaza.

As previously reported, the northern region of Gaza was again hit by attacks.

The Israeli military on Sunday said it was launching a new ground operation in Jabaliya, northern Gaza, surrounding the area after seeing signs of a Hamas rise, despite nearly a year of fighting and attacks in the region.

Hamas' military wing, Al-Qassam Brigade, said its fighters were involved in fierce clashes in close proximity to enemy forces in Jabaliya.
