South Sumatra Police Reveals Exchanges In Porn Videos Of International Network Men
South Sumatra Regional Police have uncovered a case of exchanging pornographic videos online in Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) Regency which is part of an international network.
The Head of Sub-Directorate V Cyber Police of the South Sumatra Police, Kompol Riska Apriyanti, said that this case was revealed to have started from a cyber patrol carried out by NCMEC, which is a child protection agency from the United States, then provided information to the Police and the South Sumatra Police.
On October 1, 2024, his party arrested the perpetrators of online exchange transactions for pornographic videos of international networks in Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) Regency.
"Based on the results of the investigation, we found immoral content on suspect IV bin SR's cellphone as many as 2,000 videos stored on Google drive which is also male sex content," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, October 7.
The suspect's mode was also revealed after committing obscene acts against his nephew from 2021 to 2023 eight times, namely the suspect carried out his actions six times at PALI's house and twice at Palembang's house.

The suspect made an exchange transaction exchanging the obscenity video via Telegram and there was no payment, so it was just an exchange of pornographic video content.
The police confiscated evidence in the form of two cellphones, mattresses, bed sheets, photos and pornographic videos, as well as an email account and a suspect's social media.
