45 Percent Of Houses Of DPR Members Are Still Habitable
JAKARTA - The Secretary General (Secretary General) of the DPR, Indra Iskandar, admitted that 45 percent of houses out of around 596 houses in the DPR Membership House (RJA) complex are still in the habitable category.
Even so, his party still often receives complaints from the residents of the official residence. Complaints about the DPR official residence can be submitted through the Perjaka application (Kalibata Office House Nursing).
"Indeed, if a classification is made, there are houses that are still in good condition, some are not good, and some are in quite a bad condition," said Indra as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, October 7.
Indra said that some of the official houses were occupied by a team of experts, because a number of DPR RI members already had houses to live in the Jabodetabek area.
In addition to physical problems such as walls with leaking roofs or roofs, according to him, the official house has problems with disturbances from rats. He said the mice appeared allegedly because the official residence was close to rivers and trash bins.

"Yes, if it is feasible, it is not feasible, it is relative. If you look inside, for example, a leak, if the rainy season is new, the discomfort will be found," he said.
Previously, the DPR announced that DPR members for the 2024-2029 period would no longer receive official housing facilities and be replaced with official housing allowances or office houses.
This has been known since Thursday (3/10) through the Secretariat General of the DPR RI Number B/733/RT.01/09/2024 regarding the re-delivery of the house of office of members. The letter, which was signed on September 25, 2024, ordered elected DPR members and those who did not leave their respective official residences.
