If Elected, Rasyid Promises To Improve Public Services Through The Drive Thru Application

TANGERANG - The candidate for Tangerang Regent, Maesyal Rasyid, revealed in his commitment to improve governance, one of which is the drive thru application The goal is to make it easier for the public to access regional government services (Pemda) Tangerang Regency.

"Improving governance to make it easier for the public to ask for and get services from local governments, quickly, easily, transparently, and openly," said Rasyid in his statement, Monday, October 7.

Furthermore, Maesyal said that he would take advantage of technology in public services. According to him, the use of applications as a whole, thus accelerating services to the community.

"We will also build through the application system as a whole, we have built this too, but in the future we will improve it so that later we can carry out all business through the application except for matters that require coming to government offices, for example there are those that need to be photographed and so on", he said.

Maesyal, who is also the former regional secretary of Tangerang district, introduced the drive thru service program which is currently being implemented in Cisauk District.

"To increase the portion of our services, we also program drive thru, now that it has only been run by Cisauk sub-district, later we will add more to other sub-districts to be able to serve the community. This service is no longer necessary for the community to go to the road office with bags, take laptops because this service can be used on motorbikes, it can be used in cars if the business we can serve is through drive thru," he said.
